01Who we are
GATP Solutions ("GATP", "we", "us" or "our") is a marketing, lead generation and outsourced sales company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We work with businesses, mainly accounting firms, in the United States.
This policy applies to personal information we collect through our website, contact and newsletter forms, and our calls, emails, SMS messages, social media pages and events. Where we decide how and why personal information is used, we are the data controller.
02Information we collect
Information you give us
- Enquiry and contact forms: your full name, work email, phone number, the service you are interested in and anything you tell us about your business.
- Newsletter: your email address.
- Calls, meetings and emails: the information you share when you speak to or write to our team, including call recordings or notes where we have told you a call is being recorded.
- Clients: billing contact, company details, invoicing and payment information, and access to ad accounts, CRMs or other tools you share with us to deliver our services.
Information collected automatically
- Device and browser type, IP address, approximate location, pages viewed, referring website, and the date and time of your visit.
- Information from cookies, pixels and similar technologies (see Cookies & tracking).
Information from other sources
- Lead form submissions from advertising platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google, LinkedIn and TikTok.
- Publicly available business information, for example from company websites or professional networks such as LinkedIn.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive information (such as health, financial account or government ID data) through our website, and we ask that you do not send it to us.
03How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry, book calls and send you the growth plan or proposal you asked for.
- To provide, manage and improve our services, and to communicate with you about your account, projects and invoices.
- To send newsletters and marketing messages where you have agreed to receive them, or where the law allows. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To measure and improve our website and advertising, for example by understanding which campaigns bring visitors to our site.
- To keep our website and systems secure and to prevent fraud or misuse.
- To meet our legal, tax, accounting and regulatory obligations, and to establish or defend legal claims.
04Legal bases for processing
We process personal information in line with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL) and other laws that apply to us. Depending on the activity, we rely on:
- Your consent, for example when you subscribe to our newsletter or agree to receive SMS messages. You can withdraw consent at any time.
- Performing a contract with you, or taking steps you ask for before entering into one, such as preparing a proposal.
- Legal obligations, such as keeping financial records.
- Our legitimate interests in running and growing our business, where those interests are not outweighed by your rights.
05Client and lead data we handle for clients
When we run campaigns, manage CRMs or follow up leads on behalf of a client, we process the personal information of that client's leads and customers only on the client's instructions. In that role the client is the data controller and we act as their data processor (or "service provider").
If you were contacted by us on behalf of one of our clients and have questions about your data, please contact that business directly. We will also help them respond to your request, and you can reach us using the details in Contact us.
We do not use client lead data for our own marketing, and we do not sell it.
06Calls, SMS and email communications
If you give us your phone number and agree to be contacted, we may call you or send you text messages about your enquiry, appointments and our services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help.
- Opt out of email using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
- Opt out of calls by telling our team or emailing us.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with or sold to any third party. This does not include service providers that deliver messages on our behalf.
Agreeing to receive messages is not a condition of buying any of our services.
09International transfers
We are based in the UAE and our clients are mainly in the United States. Our service providers may store or process information in the UAE, the United States and other countries. When we transfer personal information outside the country where it was collected, we take steps required by applicable law to keep it protected, such as using providers with appropriate contractual safeguards.
10Retention and security
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy. As a guide, we keep enquiry and prospect records for up to 24 months after our last contact, and client and billing records for as long as the law requires (usually at least 5 years). After that, we delete or anonymise the information.
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including access controls, encrypted connections and limiting access to staff who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you and receive a copy.
- Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Ask us to delete your information.
- Object to or restrict certain processing, including direct marketing.
